How it works
Everything you need to get started with WhoBench.
Are you the manager or coach? Follow these steps to create your team and get it ready to use.
Go to the Menu
Open the app and click 'Menu' in the navigation bar at the top. This is where you can create a new team.
Create a team
Click the 'Create team' tab, enter a team name and click 'Create'.
You can also set a sport type and timezone in the team settings on the Team page.
Share the team code
After creating the team, you'll see a unique team code under 'My teams'. Copy this code and send it to your players — they need it to join the team.
The team code is shown below the team name. Use the copy button to share it quickly.
Add activities
Go to the Calendar page and click a day to add an activity (e.g. training or match). Fill in the time, location and optionally a fine deadline.
Set up fine rules
Go to the Fines page and configure the fine rules for your team, such as an amount for late attendance or absence.
View attendance and formation
Once players have marked their attendance, you can see this per activity in the calendar. Open an activity and go to the 'Formation' tab for a visual overview.
You can manually adjust positions on the Team page under 'Formation management'.
Tip: Add yourself as a player in the team so you can also mark attendance. Star your name (⭐) so it always appears at the top.
